2–3 hours of total in-water time · One long dive or two shorter dives
We decide the format together when you arrive, based on your qualifications, experience, the team’s dive plan and local conditions. Specific sites cannot be guaranteed in advance.
OC: sidemount cylinders or backmount doubles. CCR: oxygen, diluent and bailout cylinders. Air/EAN32 diluent and bailout fills are included; O₂ and trimix are charged separately.
Bring certification cards, your personal cave equipment, dry clothes and a towel. CCR divers bring their rebreather. DAN dive accident insurance appropriate to your diving is recommended.
Not included
- Cenote entry fees: USD 20–40 per person per cenote day.
- CCR O₂: approximately USD 15–25 per diving day, depending on cylinder size and actual consumption. Charged by volume used in litres or cubic feet.
- Scrubber supplies: EAC cartridges or granular sorb.
- Trimix and gas mixtures other than included air/EAN32.
- Personal equipment or rebreather rental, and diving insurance.
- Other pickups: by prior arrangement and quoted separately.

Is this the booking for cenote diving?
This page is for certified cave divers. For recreational cenote or cavern diving, use Cenotes & Ocean. OC requires Intro to Cave or Full Cave, or equivalent. CCR requires CCR Cave and certification on your unit. Dives remain within your qualifications.
How many dives are included?
Each day includes 2–3 hours total in-water time, arranged as one long dive or two shorter dives. We decide together when you arrive, according to qualifications, experience, the dive plan and conditions.
Are these private groups?
Private transportation is included. The guide may be shared with other qualified divers, up to 3 divers per guide. Contact us for an exclusive guide or mixed OC/CCR team.
How does payment work?
For 1–3 diving days, pay the full service total when booking. For 4+ diving days, pay USD 300 per person, applied to the total. Remaining service balances are due before the first day. The threshold counts the selected diving days, including non-consecutive dates. Entries and extras are separate.
Can another diver join later?
The booking holder requests the change by email. We review availability and send a payment link for the applicable additional amount, accounting for the updated group discount and payments already received. Participants arrange compensation among themselves. Separate bookings are not repriced automatically.
What happens if plans change?
At least 24 hours before an activity: refund or rescheduling. Less than 24 hours: no refund. Package modifications require at least 72 hours before the first activity for review and a proportional refund, credit or rescheduling. These conditions also apply to deposits. If our operation or conditions prevent service, rescheduling or a refund for the unprovided service is offered, subject to previously disclosed non-recoverable third-party costs.
