Transport from our centre; other pickups by arrangement. Bring your certification card, dry clothes and a towel. DAN insurance is recommended.
EAN32 or air, as you prefer. Nitrox certification is required for EAN32. Site selection follows your qualifications and experience.

Cenote packages: 3–4 cenote days save 5%; 5+ cenote days save 10% on the participant rate. Five cenote days with 3 divers: USD 900 per person — USD 180 per day. Entries are separate. Playa participant rates have no additional multi-day discount. Cozumel and Bull Shark + Reef have no participant or package discounts. Separate bookings are not combined for discounts.

Can I combine cenotes and ocean?
Yes. Repeat an activity or mix different services across your dates. All days use the same participant group, with one two-dive activity per day. If you need different participants on different days, contact us for a tailored booking.
What does each service include?
All services include a guide, tanks, weights, complimentary recreational equipment, water and snacks. Cenote Day includes transport from our centre, lights and EAN32 or air, with nitrox certification where applicable. Ocean services include transport to the beach. Cozumel departs directly by boat from Playa del Carmen. Other pickups are by arrangement.
Are cenote entry fees included?
Entries are paid separately: USD 20–40 per person per cenote day. Sites and final entry fees are confirmed with your itinerary. Your payment summary identifies service charges and the separate entry-fee range.
Are these private groups?
Groups may include other divers up to 3 per guide in cenotes or 8 at sea. Booking does not imply exclusive use of a guide or boat. Contact us about private arrangements.
When can I dive with bull sharks?
Bull Shark + Reef runs November–March, subject to conditions and operational availability. Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed.
Can another diver join my booking later?
The booking holder requests the change by email. We check availability and send a payment link for the updated group total minus previous payments, including any savings due to existing participants. Divers settle compensation among themselves. Separate bookings are not repriced automatically.
What happens if plans change?
At least 24 hours before an activity: refund or rescheduling. Under 24 hours: no refund. Package changes must be requested at least 72 hours before the first activity for review and a proportional refund, credit or rescheduling.
